Chatting AT @David_Lynch About Eraserhead

It’s was 2am and I was working, desperate for some ‘ambient’ distraction, so I found Eraserhead on OnDemand and threw it on.
Eraserhead was one of the only David Lynch movies I had not seen. I’m not a Lynch fanatic, but I feel his genius, his scenes are terrifying, and I usually feel crazy for a while after the movie is over.
So I started Tweeting the man himself.
I did not expect a response, and it did not matter; it was more about the possibility of a virtual connection, the possibility that some of my silly observations, which were making me laugh so hard, might reach him and might make him laugh, too.
I love Twitter.
