As much as I
love, adore, am moved
by Egon Schiele’s nudes,
by how he depicts
sexuality with courage
especially then and there,
I have always been even more
moved by his ‘scapes.
To me these are beautiful in, let’s say, an Eastern way.
a way of sorrow and diminished hope.
