MIT BIO SUIT Is Pretty Hot

While at a Soap Box event at MIT the other night I grabbed this shot of the new EVA Bio Suit, being struck by how hot the mannequin looks. I’m just glad to know MIT has their priorities straight.
The BioSuit is an example of new wearable technologies being developed at the EVA Lab. The Bio-Suit System would provide life support through mechanical counter-pressure where pressure is applied to the entire body through a tight-fitting suit with a helmet for the head. The BioSuit space suit has embedded technologies in the suit layers and the outer layer.
