A film about ‘DIY’ street artists of the 1990s who hung at  a storefront in NYC.

Um, dramatic?  I was entrenched in the downtown art/club scene of the 90′s and I cannot place this storefront.  There were definitely street artists and skateboarders, just like now, but a ‘movement’, I’m not convinced.

(oh, and judging by the homepage, it appears the slippery Etsy might be behind this whole thing)
